Born in May 1983. Behnoosh holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery and an MPH from the University of Melbourne (Public Health, with a focus on human needs and psychology). She practised as a dentist and practice owner for 10 years and has advised clinics for 13+ years. Along the way, she completed further study in business planning, business coaching, industrial psychology, marketing psychology, and stress & conflict management.
Behnoosh is known for turning numbers into narrative—reading the story behind KPIs and redesigning systems to create the outcomes owners want.
At 17 she earned national recognition in Geometry, and Economics, a hint of the analytical streak she brings to every project. She founded Dental361 to help private practices grow—and glow—by teaching practical business fundamentals, building reliable systems, and levelling the field against corporates.
Interests: reading, big-picture thinking, painting, gardening, and time in nature.
